After several visits to Townsville, our Founder and Director, Eddie Borg, knew he’d found something special — relaxed people, a better pace of life, and a business community that deserved better tech support. So in 2018 he made the move from Melbourne, fully embracing the North Queensland lifestyle and launching NQIT, a name that reflects both where we live and who we serve.

We’re proud to be based in Townsville and to support businesses across North Queensland. While our roots go back over 25 years in Victoria (under a different business name), we’ve kept close ties with many of our long-distance, long-time clients — supporting them remotely with the same dedication and care we bring to every local partnership. Whether you’re just down the road or across the country, our mission remains the same: professional IT support, without the big-city headaches.
